The hotel had a nice and quiet neighborhood which was great for relaxing. It was also conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy to get to and from. The staff member at the reception was extremely helpful and spoke English well. One of the best parts was the free shuttle bus to the airport that made our departure stress-free.
The hotel lacked a lot of essentials. The walls felt like paper and offered no sound insulation which made sleeping difficult.

We appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and the considerate staff who packed us a breakfast to take with us. The hotel is conveniently located near a big supermarket and good value restaurants, and with public transport we were able to reach Osaka terminal easily.
